Corporate One Adds ClickSWITCH to Member Acquisition Solutions

COLUMBUS, Ohio—Corporate One Federal Credit Union announced today it has added ClickSWITCH™ to its MAX (Member Acquisition Experience) product line, which features an innovative suite of digital onboarding solutions. ClickSWITCH is an automated account-switching platform that helps members fully engage with financial institutions during the account opening process through an online portal or within the branch by conveniently and securely switching existing automated debits and credits for the new member to the new credit union account.

“Research shows credit unions aren’t just wasting money on existing member acquisition processes, they are losing money, too, by not fully engaging new members,” said Lee Butke, Corporate One president and CEO. “Credit unions can increase the profitability of the new checking account customer by hundreds of dollars per year with onboarding that enables the new members to not only open an account, but also start doing business with the credit union. Once the account opening process is complete, ClickSWITCH will even close the legacy account for the new member. ClickSWITCH also features instant account setup and accurate direct deposit transfer; auto-debit payee notification of new account information and accurate updating of billing information; real-time switch status, including confirmations of when payments have been successfully switched; and balance assist for recommended dollar amounts to leave in the former account until it can be closed.
