ClickSWITCH is an automated, secure, convenient way for consumers to move their accounts to from an existing financial institution to a new one, whether new accounts are opened in person or online. ClickSWITCH takes the pain out of switching accounts and takes less than ten minutes. ClickSWITCH does the major legwork, so the consumer doesn’t have to worry about recurring payments or direct deposits.

ClickSWITCH has been in business nearly five years and has over forty employees, however, a strong entrepreneurial, start-up vibe still permeates the culture.  Yes, it is fast-paced, and yes, it is very dynamic (lots of moving parts and shifting priorities), but we place an emphasis on hiring “go getters” – people who take initiative and have an attitude of “let’s just get it done”.  And we have a very exciting opportunity for a full-time Client and IT Support teammate to join our team!

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Provide general IT support for internal employees. (computer, software, printers, network devices)

  • Provide client support through phone calls and ticketing system promptly, accurately, and in a professional manner.

  • Work with IT department to determine bugs and development requests.

  • Work in a team environment to help continually improve our internal process for customer care.

  • Work to help streamline and automate internal IT processes.

  • Other duties as assigned.

     

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Experience building and troubleshooting Windows Operating systems.

  • Experience with computer and printer support and troubleshooting.

  • Solid understanding of the processes and terminology of financial institution environments.

  • Excellent computer proficiency. (MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook)

  • Excellent communications skills.

  • Customer support experience.

 

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and background:

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

  • Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

  • Exhibit a proven discipline in the ability to quickly learn and master systems.
