ClickSWITCH is an automated, secure, convenient way for consumers to move their accounts to from an existing financial institution to a new one, whether new accounts are opened in person or online. ClickSWITCH takes the pain out of switching accounts and takes less than ten minutes. ClickSWITCH does the major legwork, so the consumer doesn’t have to worry about recurring payments or direct deposits. 

ClickSWITCH has been in business nearly five years and has over forty employees, however, a strong entrepreneurial, start-up vibe still permeates the culture.  Yes, it is fast-paced, and yes, it is very dynamic (lots of moving parts and shifting priorities), but we place an emphasis on hiring “go getters” – people who take initiative and have an attitude of “let’s just get it done”.  And we have a very exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to our CEO to join the ClickSWITCH team.   

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operational and high-level confidential support to the CEO.

  • Provide support with email management, calendar management, meeting planning, and other routine administrative tasks, all with a sense of urgency and utmost confidentiality. 

  • Manage the CEO’s inbox to optimize the time he spends on email.  Craft responses where appropriate. 

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries for the CEO, including flights, hotel, and other travel logistics.  Also manage expense reports for CEO. 

  • Handle communication with board members, their EAs and external parties in a professional manner that reflects well on our brand and reputation. 

  • Set up CEO meetings and board meetings, that could include executive agendas and documents. 

  • Manage the front reception area to ensure mail, deliveries, and guests are handled in a professional manner.   

The ideal candidate will have the following experience

  • Bachelor/Associate degree in administrative assistance, office management or related field. 

  • 10+ years of of related experience, including experience providing support to senior management. 

  • Ideally 5+ years supporting a C-level executive or CEO.

  • Ability to build rapport quickly, both internally and externally.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and demanding environment is a plus.

  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

  • Self-starter and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Expert knowledge of MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
