And we have a very exciting opportunity for an IT Systems Team Lead / Manager to join our team!
Lead a team of engineers with multiple disciplines such as Cloud infrastructure & Networking, Application and Workstation support with an emphasis on security and continuous improvements.
Improve overall cloud infrastructure and reliability by creating sound designs, secure & robust infrastructure implementations with an emphasis on client satisfaction.
Act independently to make decisions regarding involvement of third-party support and coordinate external resources to provide exemplary customer service.
Diagnose and troubleshoot software and application concerns/issues within an Azure Service Fabric & Windows OS environment.
Collaborate with our designers, product managers, front-end engineers, back-end engineers, and your team to solve tough product challenges.
Drive efforts using appropriate management skills including but no limited to project management, decision making, communication and time management.
Cultivate a high performing team by building skills through recruiting, coaching, mentoring and ongoing training and development.
Advise senior management on strategic conversions and integrations in support of business goals and objectives.
Maintain required IT controls, including SOC, PCI and other audit requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following experience
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Information Systems or relevant work experience.
10+ years of working experience.
5+ years of experience in a management or administrator role for Windows network.
5+ years of supervisory experience with strong leadership experience.
Experience in building and managing SOC, PCI environments required.
Experience in a hosted cloud infrastructure required.
Experience with Azure Service Fabric & O365 administration is highly valued.
Work experience with business process improvements and change management methodologies required.
Experience defining & implementing IT policies, procedures and best practices required.
Prior experience managing and maintaining IT systems in regulated industries highly valued.
Experience with highly scalable multi-tenant/cloud applications
Willingness to 'roll up your sleeves' in a dev/ops environment.
Work directly internal and external client engagements.
Experience in a supervisory or management role required.
