CALE JOHNSTON | Founder & Chief Executive Officer 


Cale Johnston, Founder and CEO of ClickSWITCH, is responsible for global business strategy with focus on innovation, growth, investor and customer relations. Cale is an entrepreneur who believes banking should be easy. For this reason he founded ClickSWITCH in 2014 and has been leading the charge since, spearheading impressive growth. He has a strong reputation as a visionary who takes pride in his company and is focused on providing exceptional customer service.  Cale’s extensive experience in financial services technology enables ClickSWITCH to be a superior provider of financial services. Highly respected in the industry, Cale has experience serving financial institutions large and small, domestic and global. Prior to forming ClickSWITCH, Cale was Vice President of Sales for Cachet Financial Solutions, Inc. In this position, he was responsible for the sales and marketing of their Mobile Check Capture solution. It was in this role, Cale recognized the need for easy-to-implement, consumer friendly financial services and set out with intent to create an outstanding solution.  

DREW FANBERG | Chief Financial Officer

Drew Fanberg is the Chief Financial Officer at ClickSWITCH. Drew oversees all aspects of the company’s finances including forecasts, cash management, accounting controls and investor relations.  

Drew  has over 15 years of finance and accounting experience at several large public and private companies. He also spent time at a Minneapolis investment firm, focusing on equity analysis of small and mid-sized companies. In 2010, he received his MBA from The Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, with an emphasis in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies. 

CHRIS LECKRONE | Chief Compliance Officer & General Counsel

Chris Leckrone is the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel at ClickSWITCH where he oversees the Company’s compliance and legal framework. In addition to being responsible for all legal relationships related to customers and general corporate matters, Chris is responsible for establishing standards and procedures to minimize risk and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulations.  Chris has served in large community banks and large regional banks in the areas of corporate compliance, risk management and commercial, industrial and real estate lending. Most recently, Chris worked at a large community bank as the Fair Lending, UDAAP and Privacy Officer where he drove the design, development and maintenance of business line compliance programs and associated policies, procedures, processes and controls to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Chris received his J.D. from New England School of Law.
